- Payment / Scheduling Terms
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and start a project. Depending on the size of the project the remaining payments are broken up with milestones at the start, middle and end of the project. - Canadian Taxes / GST
Canadian clients are required to pay Goods & Service Tax (amount varies per province) on all services provided by Threeboy Design. American clients are exempt from the Goods & Services Tax. -
Rush Rates
If work is required quickly or in a rush, you may want to have it charged at a higher "rush rate" - please contact me to discuss. -
Final Files /
Usability
The images produced during a project are watermarked and not usable, until full payment is received. Upon final payment the client is given the creative work free of any watermarks or preventative measures. -
Updates and Maintenance
Completed projects do not include future changes, updates, and maintenance. Any services needed after a project is completed will incur extra costs. -
Retrieval Fee
Once a project is complete clients are responsible for archiving and keeping project files created for them. If a client loses or misplaces the completed project, a service fee will be required for retrieval. - Project
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by a client, $300 will be kept as a scheduling fee. Any work completed up to the point cancellation will also be billed and the remaining funds will be refunded to the client.
